Position: Live Chat Support Representative
Experience: 1–2 years (Customer Service / Chat Support preferred)
Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Requirements:

-Must have own laptop and smartphone

-Excellent written communication skills in English and Urdu

-Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills

-Ability to multitask and respond promptly to customer queries via live chat

-Prior experience in eCommerce or customer support will be a plus

Responsibilities:

-Provide real-time assistance to customers through live chat

-Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related questions

-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing

-Maintain accurate customer interaction records

-Deliver exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction
