We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at Bit and Bytes LLC

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

🔹 Requirements:
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Sales Development / Business Development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with lead generation and client handling
• Confidence in using LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
