Key Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with relevant prospects on LinkedIn
• Send personalized connection requests and outreach messages
• Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication
• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn outreach
• Manage outreach campaigns and maintain daily activity
• Research potential clients, decision-makers, and target companies
• Maintain accurate records of leads, responses, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team
• Monitor outreach performance and improve strategies based on results

Requirements
✔️ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Good written English
✔️ Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred
✔️ Strong research, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
✔️ Target-oriented and self-motivated
✔️ Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
