Description:
Polani Textiles is seeking a proactive and strategic LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to drive business growth through targeted LinkedIn campaigns. Your role will focus on identifying, connecting with, and nurturing leads—primarily B2B clients to expand our export footprint in markets like Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers on LinkedIn (e.g., sourcing managers, importers, retail buyers)
- Craft personalized connection requests and follow-up messages aligned with brand tone
- Manage outreach campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar CRM platforms
- Maintain a daily outreach quota (e.g., 50+ new connections/messages)
- Book discovery calls/meetings for the Business Development Manager
- Track and report outreach performance metrics (response rate, conversion, engagement)
- Research market segments (e.g., hospitality, retail chains) and tailor messages accordingly
- Maintain a clean, organized lead pipeline in Google Sheets/CRM
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or sales prospecting
- Excellent written English (professional & persuasive tone)
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, ideally in textiles (towel) or manufacturing
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or automation tools (e.g., Waalaxy, Dripify, Octopus)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage volume-based outreach
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Prior experience working with textile, garment, or home goods exporters
- Knowledge of international trade dynamics or compliance (OEKO-TEX, BSCI, etc.)
- Experience using HubSpot, Apollo, or other CRMs
- Ability to write simple scripts and improve conversion rates through A/B testing
