Key Responsibilities:

Identify Opportunities: Find and identify potential clients and projects on platforms like Upwork, as well as through targeted data digging.

Build Relationships: Initiate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and presenting our services effectively.

Email Marketing & Outreach: Perform in-depth data digging to identify high-potential leads.

Craft and send personalized, compelling outreach emails.

LinkedIn Outreach: Leverage LinkedIn to connect with key decision-makers and build strategic relationships.

Engage with prospects through personalized messages and content.

Proposal Writing & Negotiation:

Prepare and submit compelling proposals that address client needs and showcase our expertise.

Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to position our services strategically.

Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

0-6 months of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.

Strong and clear verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Experience on Upwork is a major plus.

An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and identify trends.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
