This is a full-time, on-site Business Growth Executive (LinkedIn Outreach) role based in Lahore. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients on LinkedIn, managing outreach campaigns, and nurturing leads through personalized messaging and follow-ups. The Business Growth Executive will research target markets, optimize profiles and content for better visibility, and coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach with business objectives. Daily responsibilities include tracking outreach performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and preparing reports on lead generation and conversion progress. The role also requires staying current with LinkedIn best practices and industry trends to continuously improve outreach strategies.

• Candidates should possess business development, sales pipeline management, and relationship-building skills to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
• Candidates should possess communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to write clear, professional messages and conduct discovery conversations.
• Candidates should possess CRM usage, data organization, and basic reporting skills to track outreach activities and measure performance.
• Candidates should possess research and market analysis skills to identify target accounts, decision-makers, and relevant industry segments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in IT services, software development, or technology solutions sales is an advantage.
