Linkedin Outreach & Appointment Setting Team Lead

Description:

We're Brandeck LLC, a brand identity and presentation design studio working with founders, startups, and marketing teams across different regions. We're building out our outbound sales engine and looking for an experienced Team Lead to own our LinkedIn outreach and appointment setting function.

What you'll own:

• Build and run our LinkedIn outreach playbook.
• Train and manage junior LinkedIn outreach specialists.
• Own outreach for two distinct offers with separate targeting and messaging (no copy-paste sequences across companies)
• Book qualified calls with founders and marketing decision makers.
• Report weekly on the pipeline.

What you need to bring:

• Proven experience running LinkedIn outreach or appointment setting for a B2B service business (agency, SaaS, consulting, or similar).
• Real, verifiable past results, booked calls, reply rates, and pipeline generated. Be ready to share numbers, screenshots, or references.
• Experience in training or managing at least one other person in outreach or sales.
• Strong written English, your messaging represents our brand to international clients.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, connection limits, and how to scale outreach without getting accounts restricted
