AB Ark is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at our Johar Town office in Lahore. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience who excels at identifying and engaging high-quality leads through LinkedIn to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify high-quality business leads using LinkedIn tools and strategies.

• Conduct targeted outreach to prospective clients and decision-makers.

• Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and follow-up communications.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation tactics.

• Stay updated on LinkedIn features, tools, and best practices to maximize outreach efficiency.

• Track and report on lead generation metrics and campaign results.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn lead generation or similar roles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead generation tools is a plus.
