Your Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls, texts, emails, and inquiries

• Convert incoming leads into confirmed bookings
• Provide quotes and explain our limo/car services
• Follow up with customers when needed
• Build strong customer relationships
• Achieve sales and booking targets
• Provide a professional and excellent customer experience
