Description:

NextBridgeSystem is looking for a motivated, well-spoken, and professional Inbound Sales & Reservation Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle incoming customer inquiries for private car service, airport transfers, limo service, corporate transportation, hourly rides, and special event transportation.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a sales-focused mindset, and the ability to understand customer requirements, provide accurate quotes, follow up professionally, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound leads through calls, emails, website forms, live chat, and messages

• Understand customer trip details including pickup location, drop-off location, date, time, passenger count, luggage count, flight details, and vehicle preference

• Recommend the right vehicle option such as Sedan, SUV, Sprinter Van, Stretch Limo, or Party Bus based on customer needs

• Provide professional quotes and explain all-inclusive pricing clearly

• Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into confirmed reservations

• Send booking confirmations, payment links, and reservation details to clients

• Coordinate with the dispatch/internal team to ensure smooth ride arrangements

• Maintain lead records and update the sales pipeline properly

• Handle customer questions regarding airport pickups, flight tracking, driver details, payments, and service policies

• Build strong relationships with new and returning clients through professional communication

Requirements:

• Strong English speaking and writing skills

• Previous experience in sales, customer support, reservation handling, or business development

• Ability to communicate professionally with US-based customers

• Confident, polite, and target-oriented personality

• Good follow-up and negotiation skills

• Basic computer skills and ability to manage emails, CRM, spreadsheets, and booking details

• Ability to work during night shifts according to US business hours

• Experience in transportation, limo service, travel, hospitality, or customer service will be a plus
