Limo Dispatcher

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Limo Dispatcher located in Lahore. The Limo Dispatcher will be responsible for managing dispatch operations, coordinating with drivers, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs, handling customer inquiries, and managing schedules. The dispatcher will also be tasked with monitoring vehicle statuses and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.

Key Responsibilities:

-Make Inbound and outbound calls to potential clients

-Deliver persuasive sales pitches in English

-Maintain follow-ups and close leads

-Meet individual and team sales targets

Qualifications :

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage dispatch operations and coordinate with drivers

Experience with scheduling and monitoring vehicle statuses

Problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving transit-related issues

Basic computer skills and familiarity with dispatch software

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Education :

Minimum Bachelor Degree will be preferred

Marketing, Call center experience will be a plus

Must know Microsoft Office
