Legal Associate

Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Legal Associate. As a Legal Associate, you will be responsible for legal research, contract drafting, contract redlining, legal document preparation, and advising clients on legal issues. You will also be responsible for assisting attorneys with various legal matters and representing clients in court.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and analysis on various matters.
• Drafting legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and other legal instruments.
• Advising clients on legal issues and providing strategic counsel.
• Collaborating with senior attorneys on complex cases and transactions.
• Keeping abreast of changes in the legal landscape and staying updated on relevant case law.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing lawyer.
• Admitted to practice law in Pakistan and have a valid License.
• Masters in Law is a plus.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Analytical skills.
• A commitment to upholding ethical standards and client confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience in corporate law is preferred.
• Prior experience in civil and commercial litigation is a plus.
