Leads Generation Specialist

Medstrix Billing Services is a growing healthcare revenue cycle management and medical billing company serving US-based clients. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated and skilled Leads Generation Specialist to help us reach more clients and grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other online platforms.
• Generate qualified leads for medical billing, transcription, and staffing services.
• Maintain accurate lead databases and follow up consistently.
• Collaborate with the business development team to convert leads into clients.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and performance targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience).
• Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (BPO/IT/Healthcare sector preferred).
• Strong communication and written English skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a night shift.
