Responsibilities
- Manage the workflow of the entire department, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of projects.
- Foster strong bonds within the team to promote collaboration and a positive work environment.
- Report all departmental activities and progress to the Head of Department (HoD).
- Ensure that the team is functioning efficiently and effectively to meet daily targets.
- Oversee the performance of editing team managers, ensuring high-quality video production with zero errors.
- Generate innovative ideas to motivate the team and enhance creativity in project execution.
- Organize group and individual meetings to address and resolve departmental issues promptly.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports summarizing departmental activities and outcomes, and submit them to the HoD at the end of each workday.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Creative Arts, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in reporting.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- A calm and mature personality, capable of handling pressure and resolving conflicts diplomatically.
