We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to take on the dual responsibilities of driving strategic business growth and overseeing customer support operations. The ideal candidate will combine a sharp business development mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction to build strong client relationships and maximize revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, coach, and develop a team of tele-sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Create and refine tele-sales scripts and strategies to optimize call effectiveness.
· Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular reports to management.
· Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills in objection handling, closing, and CRM usage.
· Oversee the customer support team, ensuring high-quality service and rapid issue resolution.
· Implement systems and processes to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
· Foster a customer-centric culture across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· 3 to 5 years of experience in tele-sales, customer support, or related roles.
· Proven leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
