Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of asynchronous architectures and event-driven systems.

• Build and scale high-performance systems that meet business and technical requirements.

• Mentor and lead teams to elevate their skills and foster a collaborative environment.

• Implement and optimize message queues and real-time data pipelines for efficient processing.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.

• Work with AWS services such as SQS, Lambda, and DynamoDB to improve performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software development experience, with a focus on event-driven systems.

• In-depth knowledge of asynchronous processing, message queues, and real-time data pipelines.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js.

• Experience with AWS services such as SQS, Lambda, and DynamoDB is a plus.

• Proven leadership ability to mentor, problem-solve, and uplift team capabilities.
