Lead Qhse & Compliance

Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled HSE & ISO Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and ISO Management Systems, with relevant Lead Auditor certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Lead internal audits, manage documentation, and support certification processes.
• Conduct HSE training, risk assessments, and emergency response drills.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure legal & regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for ISO & HSE compliance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences / Engineering / Occupational Health or relevant field.
• Lead Auditor Certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 (mandatory).
• 7 years of hands-on experience in HSE and ISO systems (manufacturing experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HSE laws and best practices.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
