The role
We’re hiring a hands-on People & Culture lead to help our teams align, work better together, and grow. This is not a payroll/attendance role. You’ll shape culture, coach managers, and build simple people practices that stick and scale—with Inclusion, Excellence, Innovation, Integrity, Empowerment, and Collaboration at the core.

You will
Co-create values → daily behaviors and simple rituals (town halls, retros, shout-outs).
Set up OKRs/goals, weekly reviews, and a clear comms/decision cadence.
Coach managers on feedback, 1:1s, and conflict resolution.
Run quarterly performance check-ins; build culture-first hiring and onboarding across locations.
Keep policies clear, fair, and practical.

You bring
5–8 years in People Ops/OD/Change or Program/Agile Coaching.
Strong facilitation, mediation, and communication skills.
Experience with OKRs or similar frameworks and collaboration tools.
