Lead & Outreach Executive

 

Description:

You’ll be the front-facing engine of our LinkedIn visibility vertical—responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential founders and executives into clients. You’ll collaborate closely with our internal creative team and report directly to the vertical head.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

• Identify and qualify leads (founders, solopreneurs, scale-up executives)

• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and strategic channels

• Facilitate initial discovery calls and guide prospects through onboarding

• Collaborate with the creative team to align messaging and service delivery

• Track outreach metrics, conversion rates, and client feedback

• Represent Aevora’s elevated brand tone and discretion in all communications

 

 

Ideal Candidate

 

• 2+ years in sales, outreach, or client acquisition (preferably in creative, tech, or startup sectors)

• Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication

• Comfortable engaging with high-net-worth individuals and founders

• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools is a plus

• Bonus: Experience in personal branding, ghostwriting, or content strategy
