About the Role BackTech is looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to generate and qualify B2B leads for our US-based Accounting, Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Finance Services.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and online research
• Target US-based business owners, founders, CFOs, and key decision-makers
• Identify businesses that require accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or finance support
• Conduct outbound calls and consistent follow-ups with prospects• Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and potential.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate lead records and CRM updates
• Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targetsRequirements
• 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation, B2B Sales, Cold Calling, or Appointment Setting
• US market experience preferred
• Experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, BPO, or Professional Services is a plus
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Confident in communicating with US-based decision-makers
• Strong prospecting, follow-up, and objection-handling skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivatedRole
