PearPixels is actively seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Lead Generation Expert to join our sales team as an Appointment Setter and B2B Lead Generation Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting high-quality B2B leads through precise data scraping and extensive online research. You will leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to identify and connect with potential prospects, setting appointments to create meaningful conversations with our sales team. Maintaining accurate CRM records and following up diligently will be critical to your success.

This position operates during night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM, offering a great chance for those comfortable working these hours and eager to contribute to a growing company in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough data scraping and online research to generate high-quality B2B leads

• Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to set appointments

• Manage and update CRM records accurately, ensuring consistent follow-ups

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve monthly lead generation and appointment setting targets

• Continuously optimize lead generation strategies to improve quality and conversion rates

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, and data scraping

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Familiarity with lead generation and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

• Comfortable and effective working during night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM)
