Ciel Press is seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our outreach team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and converting potential leads aligned with our project objectives. You will correspond with prospects via email and play a critical role in moving them through the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify high-quality leads based on project-specific requirements
• Draft and send outreach emails to potential clients or collaborators
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with prospects to nurture relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and ensure alignment with client needs
• Track outreach performance and optimize strategies for better conversions
• Contribute to closing deals by handling follow-ups and addressing client inquiries

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and email-based sales
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to write compelling outreach emails
• Familiarity with CRM tools and email tracking systems is a plus
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Ability to adapt to different project requirements and adjust lead criteria accordingly
