RDWD Technologies is actively looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to support the sales pipeline. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting research, outreach, and qualification to identify high-quality business leads across multiple channels. Your efforts will directly support the sales team, enabling them to convert potential leads into valuable business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads using online platforms, social media, business directories, and networking sources.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce products and services to potential clients.
  • Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria, ensuring only high-quality leads are passed to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead data and interaction history within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure all lead generation efforts are aligned with broader sales and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze lead generation performance and suggest improvements to enhance conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging lead generation techniques to improve outreach efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects confidently.
  • Proficient in research techniques and data mining to uncover qualified leads.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
