As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting research, outreach, and qualification to identify high-quality business leads across multiple channels. Your efforts will directly support the sales team, enabling them to convert potential leads into valuable business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads using online platforms, social media, business directories, and networking sources.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
- Conduct outreach campaigns via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce products and services to potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria, ensuring only high-quality leads are passed to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of lead data and interaction history within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure all lead generation efforts are aligned with broader sales and marketing strategies.
- Analyze lead generation performance and suggest improvements to enhance conversion rates.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging lead generation techniques to improve outreach efforts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects confidently.
- Proficient in research techniques and data mining to uncover qualified leads.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
