Lead Generation Specialist

eSpark Consulting Group is looking for a Lead Generation Expert to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system and analyzing and optimizing lead generation processes for maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential leads.
• Utilize a variety of channels, including outbound calls, email marketing, social media, and online research, to generate leads.
• Engage with prospects and nurture relationships to convert leads into opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handover.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
• Continuously analyze and optimize lead generation processes for maximum efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends and lead-generation techniques.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in lead generation or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
