Lead Generation Specialist

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR)/Growth Associate, your primary responsibility will be identifying opportunities, engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, maintaining follow ups, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Reach out to potential leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels

• Qualify leads based on company criteria

• Conduct follow ups and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline

• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team

• Maintain CRM records and pipeline updates

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

 

Requirements:

 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence in speaking with prospects and decision makers

• Basic sales, calling, customer service, or business development experience preferred

• Fresh Graduates and Intermediate Candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
