Lead Generation Specialist

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with cold email tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo Sequences, Snov.io, or similar platforms.Knowledge of CRM tools and email outreach strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, and Good Firms to identify prospects, generate leads, and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Plan and manage cold email outreach campaigns, including prospect list building, email copywriting, follow-up sequences, and response tracking.

·        Support basic cold email infrastructure and deliverability practices, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-up, inbox rotation, bounce control, and spam-rate monitoring.

·        Maintain and update CRM records for leads, prospects, proposals, follow-ups, meetings, and sales pipeline activity.

·        Achieve monthly KPIs, including qualified leads generated, proposals submitted, booked meetings/calls, and closed business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
• Experience working with international clients is a plus

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent proposal writing and client handling abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
