We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support business growth for TekHQS and TekHQS AI by identifying, engaging, and generating qualified leads across international markets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, LinkedIn lead generation, email outreach, database building, and appointment setting for technology, software development, AI, and staff augmentation services.

This role requires strong communication skills, research capabilities, and experience targeting decision-makers in the US, Canada, UK, Middle East, and European markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified B2B leads for software development, AI, cloud, and staff augmentation services.
  • Conduct lead research using LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, Clutch, Upwork, and other prospecting platforms.
  • Build and maintain lead databases of CTOs, CEOs, Founders, Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and decision-makers.
  • Execute cold outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels.
  • Identify companies requiring:
    • AI solutions
    • Software development
    • Staff augmentation
    • DevOps & cloud services
    • Data engineering
    • Automation solutions
  • Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the sales/business development team.
  • Maintain lead records and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with technical and sales teams to align outreach strategies with company offerings.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
  • Generate weekly and monthly lead generation reports and KPIs.
  • Support proposal submission and client engagement activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales outreach.
  • Experience working with software houses, IT companies, or technology services firms is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and international markets.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Apollo.io
    • HubSpot or CRM tools
    • Email outreach tools
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to research and identify high-quality prospects.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
