Hustler Studio Pk is Hiring: Lead Generation Specialist | Appointment Setter (On-Site – Karachi)
We’re looking for someone who can turn conversations into clients.
If you have experience in cold outreach, international sales, lead generation, or appointment setting, this could be your next big move.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn outreach, cold email, X (Twitter), and online communities
• Write personalized, high-converting messages (no copy-paste spam)
• Generate leads through social media, Bark, and other lead platforms
• Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team
• Manage follow-ups and keep CRM updated
• Maintain clean lead data in spreadsheets/CRM tools
• Share daily & weekly performance reports
• Experiment with new outreach strategies, AI tools, and automation

Who You Are
• You have experience in lead generation/appointment setting
• You know how to start conversations and close meetings
• You’re confident in cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting
• You understand sales funnels, CRM systems, and outreach tools
• Experience in design/digital marketing campaigns is a BIG plus
• You’re target-driven, consistent, and hungry to grow
