📌 Role Responsibilities
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Cold calling UK clients and candidates
- Sending cold emails and follow-up emails
- Handling inbound & outbound calls from prospective clients
- Finding and generating minimum 5 clients per month
- Identifying decision-makers and booking appointments
- Communicating professionally with clients and candidates
- Using CRM daily to manage leads, pipelines, and follow-ups
- Generating leads using Apollo, Google and job boards
- Building strong relationships through consistent communication
- Sending daily updates to management
- Sharing a 1-minute introduction video + CV during application

- 📌 Requirements
- Must speak excellent English (clear or neutral accent preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, telesales, cold calling, or business development
- Confident on phone calls and able to handle pressure
- Experience using:
- CRM systems
- Apollo.io
- Google search for lead sourcing
- Job boards for client/company research
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet workspace
- Must work UK business hours
- Based in Pakistan (Remote)
