We are looking for 2 dynamic Lead Generation Agents to join our growing team. This is a full-time, office-based role located near UMT, Lahore. If you are results-driven, creative in strategy, and passionate about lead generation, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Generate a minimum of 20 quality interested leads per month.
- Execute LinkedIn lead generation campaigns effectively.
- Manage Meta and Instagram lead generation via messages.
- Design and implement a posting strategy with a focus on lead generation.
- Communicate fluently and confidently in English (both spoken and written).
- Use email marketing tools like Smartlead and Apify for outreach.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while delivering measurable results.
- Develop solid strategies for consistent lead flow.
- Handle Upwork bidding and client outreach.
- Lead and manage a small team of 3 lead generation specialists.
Requirements
- Proven track record in LinkedIn, Meta, and Instagram lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Smartlead, Apify).
- Strong knowledge of Upwork bidding and freelance platform lead generation.
- Must be able to manage a team and set achievable targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to create actionable lead-generation plans.
