🔍 Key Responsibilities
Generate, qualify, and nurture warm & cold leads
Research and identify new business opportunities
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
Develop outreach strategies to boost conversions
Collaborate with sales and business development teams
Track and report lead generation performance

✅ Requirements
2+ years of experience in design campaign lead generation
Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bark, and social media outreach
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work night shifts
Proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead nurturing techniques
