Makaan Solutions is a leading real estate development and marketing firm in Pakistan. We specialize in innovative real estate ventures backed by data-driven marketing strategies. To expand our digital outreach and strengthen our customer acquisition pipeline, we are hiring a performance-focused Lead Generation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
- Optimize ad budgets to deliver maximum ROI and high-quality real estate leads.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics including CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality.
- Run A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to create compelling ad assets.
- Use tools such as Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and CRM systems to track user behavior and lead sources.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead follow-up and conversion tracking.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate lead generation, specifically through Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Strong command over audience segmentation, geo-targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Dashboard, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of real estate buyer behavior, especially in the Pakistani and/or overseas markets.
