We are seeking a motivated and strategic Lead Generation Executive with a focus on Email Marketing to expand our client base and drive revenue growth through targeted email campaigns. This role combines business development and lead generation, making it ideal for someone with a mix of sales acumen and marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads.
- Identify new business opportunities through research, email outreach, and linkedin.
- Build and manage email lists, segment audiences, and personalize campaigns for improved engagement and conversion.
- Monitor email campaign performance using Salesforce, Apollo.io, Instantly.io and adjust strategies based on results.
- Nurture and qualify leads generated through email marketing into sales opportunities.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and manage CRM entries accurately.
- Stay updated on email marketing best practices, tools, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development and email marketing.
- Proficient with email marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo.io, Instantly.io, Lead411).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and derive insights.
- Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
