We’re seeking a self-driven Lead Generation Specialist who can identify and qualify potential business opportunities through outbound methods. Your primary focus will be on generating leads for IT services such as web/app development, DevOps, SEO, and AI-powered solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, email outreach, web tools, and directories
- Generate qualified leads for services like software development, DevOps, AI solutions, and digital marketing
- Reach out to decision-makers through cold emails, messages, and calls
- Build and maintain a list of leads in the CRM
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and sales team for follow-ups
- Schedule meetings and demos for sales representatives
- Track lead engagement and performance metrics using sales tools
- Maintain detailed records and report weekly progress to the team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or IT)
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in an IT services company
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools
- Solid understanding of B2B sales and IT service models
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet lead quotas
