Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, email outreach, web tools, and directories
  • Generate qualified leads for services like software development, DevOps, AI solutions, and digital marketing
  • Reach out to decision-makers through cold emails, messages, and calls
  • Build and maintain a list of leads in the CRM
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and sales team for follow-ups
  • Schedule meetings and demos for sales representatives
  • Track lead engagement and performance metrics using sales tools
  • Maintain detailed records and report weekly progress to the team

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or IT)
  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in an IT services company
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales and IT service models
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet lead quotas
