🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Search and shortlist quality jobs on Upwork that match our core services
- Craft personalized, engaging, and winning proposals
- Maintain consistent daily bidding activity and achieve monthly targets
- Initiate and manage client communications on Upwork professionally
- Collaborate with our sales and tech team to develop tailored sales strategies
- Keep accurate records of bids, leads, conversions, and follow-ups
- Stay updated with Upwork's trends, filters, and algorithm changes

- ✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Upwork bidding or online lead generation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of client requirements and attention to detail
- Familiarity with services like Web Development, Design, SEO, Digital Marketing and Software Solutions
- Must be available to work onsite full-time at our Lahore office
- A self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
