Description:
We’re looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist who can help us identify, qualify, and engage with potential clients for our digital services. You will work closely with our sales team to build and nurture a steady stream of qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, web directories, industry groups, and email databases.
- Generate high-quality leads via outbound emails, social media, cold calling, and other outreach strategies.
- Manage and maintain lead data in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing to create outreach templates and messaging that convert.
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads consistently to keep the pipeline warm.
- Report weekly on outreach activity and results.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in lead generation or sales (preferably in a digital agency environment).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
- Understanding of web services (like WordPress, e-commerce, etc.) and digital marketing (SEO, PPC, SMM) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
