Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist

We are hiring a responsible and self-driven person to handle our outbound lead generation and outreach operations.

What you'll do:

• Lead outbound lead generation campaigns including ICP analysis, list building and lead enrichment using tools like Clay, Hey Reach and Smartlead

• Write compelling cold email copy and outreach sequences optimized for conversion, tailored to client messaging and value propositions

• Run email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns

• Book qualified appointments for the sales team

• Execute GTM strategies for new product launches

• Track and report campaign performance daily

What we're looking for:

• Experience in B2B lead generation or outreach

• Strong written and verbal communication in English

• Self-managed, organized and accountable

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Consistent and reliable — we value ownership over everything
