Lead Generation Intern

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation Intern role based in Lahore. The intern will support the sales and marketing teams by researching potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and building targeted lead lists using online tools and databases. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research on industries and decision-makers, qualifying leads based on predefined criteria, and updating CRM or spreadsheets with accurate contact information. The intern will assist in drafting outreach messages, coordinating with the sales team for follow-ups, and tracking response rates and lead conversion metrics. The role also involves collaborating with team members to refine lead generation strategies and contributing ideas to improve outreach campaigns.

Qualifications

• Lead identification skills, including experience or strong interest in New Leads and Lead Generation activities.
• Market Research skills for analyzing industries, target segments, and potential client profiles.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for professional outreach.
• Interest or foundational skills in Sales, with the ability to support the sales pipeline and follow-up processes.
• Basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or lead-tracking tools) and online research platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for learning about B2B lead generation in the tech and digital services sector.
