Medstrix Staffing Services LLC and Medstrix Billing Services LLC are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience generating qualified leads within the US Healthcare Staffing, Medical Billing, Credentialing, Medical Scribe, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who understand the US healthcare market and can identify decision-makers, build targeted prospect lists, and support business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads for US Healthcare Staffing Agencies.
- Identify and source prospects for Medical Billing, Credentialing, Medical Scribe, and RCM services.
- Research and collect contact information of owners, CEOs, HR Directors, Recruiters, Practice Managers, and Healthcare Administrators.
- Utilize LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Seamless, Sales Navigator, Google, and other lead generation tools.
- Build and maintain accurate lead databases.
- Verify contact information and ensure data quality.
- Support email marketing and outreach campaigns.
- Maintain daily productivity and reporting targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to improve lead conversion.
Required Skills & Experience
- Basic to Moderate-level experience in B2B Lead Generation.
- Strong understanding of the US Healthcare Staffing industry.
- Knowledge of Medical Billing, Credentialing, and Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management services.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
- Excellent internet research and data mining skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
Performance & Employment Terms
- Initial employment will be on a one-month trial period.
- Permanent employment will be offered based on productivity, lead quality, attendance, and overall performance during the trial period.
