Description:

Devritech is looking for an on-site Lead Generation Expert to support our sales pipeline and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and skilled at researching target markets, qualifying leads, and initiating outreach. You will play a key role in helping our company connect with businesses that need digital products such as web development, mobile apps, SaaS solutions, and design services.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients across targeted industries
• Generate qualified leads through email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Build and maintain organized lead lists with accurate contact information
• Qualify leads and schedule calls/meetings for the business development team
• Assist with messaging templates and outreach sequences
• Maintain CRM updates, lead pipeline status, and follow-up tracking
• Analyze outreach results and report performance metrics weekly
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for better targeting strategies
• Contribute to improving lead quality and conversion rates

Requirements

• Previous experience in lead generation or B2B outreach
• Strong communication and research skills
• Ability to write clear, compelling outreach messages
• Experience with CRMs or lead tools
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Self-driven and proactive mindset
• Must be able to work on-site in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience in agency environments
• Familiarity with cold email strategies and deliverability
• Understanding of digital services and software products
