Lead Generation Executive

 

Description:

As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for generating qualified leads and creating opportunities for our Account Executives through effective communication and outreach.

This position serves as the foundation of our sales operations and provides a clear path toward a successful career in sales, business development, or marketing.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients within the target market using tools such as ZoomInfo and Salesforce.
  • Execute strategic outbound campaigns through calls, emails, and other communication channels to engage prospects.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to assess prospects’ needs, challenges, and suitability as qualified opportunities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs and refine outreach strategies.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of company products, target markets, and the competitive landscape.

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • 0–2 years of experience (internships included).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (American accent preferred).
  • Resilient, motivated, and target-driven attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Competitive mindset and eagerness to succeed.
  • Coachable with a continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred:

  • Experience in customer-facing or sales-related roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
