Lead Generation Executive

Markition Private Limited is a growing digital solutions Software House startup, and we are building our Sales Department from the ground up. We are looking for a highly driven Outbound Lead Generation Executive / Appointment Setter who can take ownership of organic, outbound sales activities and help us generate and convert qualified leads for the US market.

 

This role is ideal for someone who understands requirement-based lead generation, enjoys outbound prospecting, and can confidently engage prospects through emails and cold calls to book discovery meetings or close deals.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Scrape and build requirement-based lead lists for the US market
  • Generate a minimum of 60+ qualified leads daily through outbound methods
  • Execute 120+ outbound emails and cold calls per day
  • Initiate first-touch conversations with decision-makers
  • Qualify leads based on business needs and budget
  • Schedule discovery calls or close deals directly on call when possible
  • Coordinate with management for lead handover and closing strategy
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups

 

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound lead generation and/or cold calling (US market)
  • Strong English communication and persuasion skills
  • Hands-on experience with cold emails, cold calls, and data scraping tools
  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, IT services, or software sales is a plus
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
