Lead Generation Executive

 

Description:

HexaClicks is on the lookout for a proactive and energetic Lead Generation Executive to support our outbound sales efforts. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about communication, have a knack for identifying opportunities, and are looking to kickstart or grow their career in sales and business development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify and target potential clients through online platforms
  • Initiate outreach via email, calls, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
  • Maintain and update lead databases and follow-up records
  • Work closely with the sales team to transfer warm leads
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals
  • Provide regular reporting on lead pipeline and progress

 

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Confidence and clarity when speaking with international clients
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools (LinkedIn, Apollo, Upwork, etc.) is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to work night shift (aligned with US hours)
