Lead Generation Executive

Vertical Edge is hiring enthusiastic and results-driven Lead Generation Executives to join our night shift sales support team. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and generating leads for the sales pipeline in the international market.

As a Lead Generation Executive, you will play a key role in the initial phase of the sales cycle. You will reach out to potential clients via outbound calls and digital methods, gather key information, and generate interest in the company’s products and services. Your efforts will directly contribute to the sales team's success by ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads.

We’re seeking individuals who are fluent in English, proactive in communication, and comfortable using CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce. A goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment are essential. Fresh graduates with strong English communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads

• Qualify leads by gathering relevant client information and interest levels

• Manage lead data in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-up coordination

• Support the sales team with appointment setting and follow-up tasks

• Collaborate with team members to optimize lead generation strategies

• Maintain high call volumes while ensuring quality communication

• Report on lead generation progress and outcomes regularly
