GIGA BITE (Pvt) Ltd., a rapidly growing BPO company, is actively hiring Lead Generation Executives for its USA Auto Insurance Campaign (Live Transfers). This is a night shift opportunity based in Lahore (Jail Road) and is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in international sales and customer service, particularly within the US market.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers and generating qualified leads by making outbound calls. You will engage clients in compelling conversations, understand their insurance needs, and transfer interested prospects to the appropriate sales team for further processing.

This position requires strong verbal communication skills in English, the ability to think quickly on your feet, and a goal-oriented mindset. You'll work closely with a performance-driven team and benefit from structured training, performance incentives, and a vibrant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US-based prospects using provided data.

• Generate high-quality leads for auto insurance through engaging conversations.

• Transfer live, interested leads to the closing team.

• Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs (calls, leads, transfers).

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

• Deliver consistent performance in a fast-paced call center environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

• Experience:

  • Freshers: Encouraged to apply; comprehensive training will be provided.

  • Experienced Candidates: Preferably with a background in lead generation or international call center campaigns.

• Skills Required:

  • Fluent in spoken English with a neutral or US accent

  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
