Convier Solutions is expanding its dynamic team and seeking a passionate and skilled Lead Generation Executive who specializes in identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential business leads. This role is critical in fueling our continued growth and building meaningful client relationships — especially through platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn.
As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be at the frontline of our business development efforts, playing a vital role in acquiring new clients and project opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to discover quality leads, initiate outreach, and strategically engage with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Upwork Engagement:
Research and identify suitable projects and clients on Upwork.
Write customized, compelling, and winning proposals tailored to client needs.
Manage bids, respond to client queries, and maintain a strong presence on the platform.
Track conversion rates and continuously improve proposal strategies.
LinkedIn Outreach:
Build and manage a qualified list of potential leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
Send personalized connection requests, messages, and follow-ups to generate interest in our services.
Establish professional communication to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Lead Management:
Maintain and update CRM tools or internal databases for tracking lead status.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to hand off nurtured leads.
Continuously analyze outreach performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Strategic Input:
Stay updated with market trends, client demands, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the management team to refine lead generation and sales strategies.
Collaborate closely with business development and technical teams to align offerings with market needs.

Experienced in lead generation, with proven success in Upwork bidding and LinkedIn outreach
A strong communicator who understands how to personalize outreach and build rapport
Highly organized and self-driven, capable of managing multiple prospects at once
Analytical and results-oriented, always striving to optimize efforts and meet lead targets
Familiar with CRM tools, proposal writing, and the business development lifecycle in IT or digital services
