Lead Generation Executive

Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for various critical aspects of our property management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Leads generation & conversions
• Processing bookings & reservations
• Maintaining ARI (Availability, Rates & Inventory of the properties)
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date ARI across the platform
• Facilitate the onboarding of new properties, both online and offline
• Coordinate with property owners to collect necessary information and materials
• Maintaining a healthy business relationship with hoteliers
• Training on the admin panel
• Aligning the ensuring smooth ops (via agents/receptionists)
• Getting the bookings & reservations processed

Job Specifications:

• Minimum bachelor's degree required
• Experience required: 6 months - 1 year
• Experience in account management and client handling is preferred
• know-how of using & maintaining Google Sheets is a must.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sales experience is preferred
