We’re hiring multiple Lead Generation & Data Scraping Specialists to work with US-based clients on sourcing, collecting, validating, and managing high-quality business and candidate data, with a strong focus on job applications, web research, and data scraping workflows.
Key Requirements
- Onsite position based in Sialkot (3 PM - 11 PM PKT)
- Hands-on experience in lead generation, job portals, or data scraping tasks
- 1+ years of practical experience in lead research, data extraction, or application support
What you’ll do
- Generate targeted leads for sales, recruitment, and marketing campaigns
- Search and apply for jobs on behalf of clients across multiple platforms
- Scrape, extract, and clean data from websites, directories, and job boards
- Build and manage structured datasets using spreadsheets or CRM tools
- Collect contact details such as emails, phone numbers, and company info
- Collaborate with internal teams to align data with client requirements
- Ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency of collected data
Responsibilities
- Experience with lead generation tools, job portals, and data scraping methods
- Hands-on experience using scraping tools, browser automation, or extensions
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM platforms
- Experience working with LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and similar platforms
- Understanding of data formatting, validation, and quality checks
- Experience managing multiple campaigns or client tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to research, verify, and update large volumes of information
- Basic understanding of automation, proxies, or scraping best practices
- Ability to handle deadlines and client-specific instructions efficiently
