We are looking for a Lead Generation Associate / B2B Data Scraper to help us build a high-quality sales pipeline. If you have experience in B2B lead sourcing, data scraping, and CRM management, this role is perfect for you!
🔹 B2B Lead Sourcing & Data Scraping:
✔ Extract verified B2B leads using web scraping tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
✔ Research company websites, business directories, and databases for accurate contact information.
✔ Ensure accuracy, completeness, and deduplication of lead data.
🔹 Database Management & Enrichment:
✔ Verify and clean collected lead data (contact details, company info, etc.).
✔ Organize and update lead lists in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
✔ Maintain data accuracy by removing outdated or duplicate information.
🔹 Email List Building & Segmentation:
✔ Build targeted email lists based on industry, job title, and company size.
✔ Segment leads for personalized outreach campaigns.
✔ Work with sales & marketing teams to refine lead qualification processes.
🔹 Automation & Tool Utilization:
✔ Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Skrapp.io, Hunter.io, Lusha, and other tools to streamline lead generation.
✔ Leverage email verification tools for high deliverability rates.
✔ Stay updated on latest B2B lead generation techniques.
🔹 Compliance & Ethical Data Practices:
✔ Ensure lead collection aligns with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy regulations.
✔ Follow ethical B2B data sourcing and outreach best practices.
✅ 1+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or data scraping.
✅ Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Skrapp.io, Hunter.io, Lusha.
✅ Experience in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
✅ Strong attention to detail for cleaning and organizing datasets.
✅ Knowledge of B2B sales processes & lead qualification is a plus.
✅ Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.
