Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Architectural Leadership

• Architect and develop scalable, secure, and reliable applications.

• Follow 12-Factor App methodology and OWASP security standards.

• Conduct rigorous code reviews and uphold high coding standards.

Team & Delivery Management

• Lead and manage engineering sprints, estimations, and deliverables.

• Mentor junior to mid-level developers and uphold Devsarch's engineering culture.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders.

Innovation & AI Integration

• Build and integrate LLM-powered features into applications.

• Fine-tune foundation models for tailored business applications.

• Implement RAG pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases like Pinecone and Weaviate.

• Stay updated on LLM trends and identify areas for strategic integration.

DevOps & Best Practices

• Promote clean code, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and CI/CD pipelines.

• Deploy applications on AWS, GCP, Azure, or DigitalOcean.

• Reduce technical debt and increase test coverage consistently.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 6+ years of full-stack experience with strong command over React.js, Node.js, and Python.

• Proven experience working with LLMs, including fine-tuning, RAG, and LangChain/LangGraph integration.

• Strong foundation in building REST APIs and secure, scalable architectures.

• Expertise in Git, Docker, and modern CI/CD tools.

• Deep understanding of 12-Factor App and OWASP best practices.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
